AceTagGen is an AI-powered tag building tool designed to help users create effective style prompts for Suno AI. We provide a step-by-step questionnaire, AI chat assistant, song analyzer, and a curated database of 3,000+ community-verified tags.

Suno AI's output is inherently probabilistic. While our tags and prompts are designed to improve consistency and give you more control, we cannot guarantee specific results from Suno. The same prompt may produce different outputs each time. Our tool helps maximize your chances of getting what you want, but results may vary.

AceTagGen offers two tiers:

• Free: Basic questionnaire with genre, sub-genre, era, and mood. Live preview included.
• Premium: Full access to all 12 questionnaire steps, AI Chat, Song Analyzer, instruments, vocal styles, tempo control, song editor with per-line effects, save/export, and all future features.

Premium subscriptions are available at:

• Monthly: $9/month
• Yearly: $69/year (save 36%)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service, including excessive automated requests or denial-of-service attacks
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from AceTagGen by automated means
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to AceTagGen or its data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or proprietary algorithms
• Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple free accounts

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Your content: The prompts, tag combinations, and song builds you create using AceTagGen are yours. You retain full ownership of your creative output.

Our content: The AceTagGen tool, website, tag database, AI models, design, branding, and all associated content are the intellectual property of AceTagGen. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our tool or its underlying data.

AceTagGen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of tag recommendations, or specific outcomes from Suno AI. In no event shall AceTagGen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
