Terms of Service

By accessing or using AceTagGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AceTagGen is operated by AceTagGen, Netivot, Israel ("we," "us," or "our").

AceTagGen is a research-backed tag building system designed to help users create precise style prompts for SUNO AI. The Service includes a free 12-step Tag Builder, a curated database of 3,200+ verified tags, the Song Editor with 300+ bracket tags, a 100-point Prompt Scorer, a rich research blog, and a paid AI Chat assistant (AceTagGen AI).

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use AceTagGen. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent.

To purchase a subscription or make payments, you must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

AceTagGen operates a simple two-part model:

• Free forever: The full 12-step Tag Builder, 3,200+ verified tags, 100-point Prompt Scorer, Song Editor with 300+ bracket tags, Compare A/B tool, genre/mood/era/vocals/production/effects selection, save-to-library, audio instrument previews, and the full research blog. No signup required to use the Tag Builder.
• AI Lyrics Writer: Free with a free account (signup required to prevent API abuse).
• AceTagGen AI Chat (paid): An AI assistant trained on the full system that produces production-grade Style + Lyrics + tag sets. This is the one paid tool because each request makes a real OpenAI API call that costs money.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or adjust the features available in each tier at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice before making material changes.

AceTagGen AI Chat is available at the following tiers:

• Starter: $7/month — 300 song requests per month
• Power: $15/month — 1,000 song requests per month

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Please see Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal. Paddle will send you a reminder email before each renewal.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain AI Chat access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you're genuinely unsatisfied with AceTagGen AI Chat within the first few days of your subscription, contact us and we'll work it out. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

Note: the core site (Tag Builder, Scorer, blog, all research tools) is and always will be free — so refunds only apply to the paid AI Chat subscription.

AceTagGen uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4.1-mini and Google Gemini) to power certain features, including the AI Chat and Lyrics Generator. Regarding these features:

• AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional music production advice
• The same prompt may produce different outputs each time due to the probabilistic nature of AI
• We do not guarantee that AI features will be available at all times or produce specific results
• AI features may be modified, updated, or discontinued as underlying models evolve

SUNO AI's output is inherently probabilistic. While our tags and prompts are designed to improve consistency and give you more control, we cannot guarantee specific results from SUNO. The same prompt may produce different outputs each time. AceTagGen helps maximize your chances of getting what you want, but results may vary. We have no control over SUNO AI's behavior, availability, or output quality.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service, including excessive automated requests or denial-of-service attacks
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from AceTagGen by automated means
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to AceTagGen or its data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, proprietary algorithms, or tag database
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or other technical restrictions
• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, or harmful
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple free accounts
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Your content: The prompts, tag combinations, and song builds you create using AceTagGen are yours. You retain full ownership of your creative output. By saving prompts to our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display them to you within your account.

Our content: The AceTagGen tool, website, tag database, design, branding, documentation, and all associated content are the intellectual property of AceTagGen. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our tool or its underlying data without our written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACETAGGEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ACETAGGEN, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AceTagGen and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create, share, or distribute using our tools

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Be'er Sheva, Israel.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the matter within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be brought before the courts specified in Section 14.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party services (including SUNO AI, OpenAI, Google, Paddle, or Supabase).

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AceTagGen regarding your use of the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.
• Third-party links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AceTagGen after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
